Give To Colombia Has Reached the GuideStar Candid Gold Participation Level as a Demonstration of Its Commitment to Transparency
Miami, January 12th, 2022 – Give To Colombia is pleased to announce that it has been awarded by Candid, previously known as GuideStar, the 2022 Gold Seal of Transparency, a leading symbol of the utmost level of transparency and accountability. As mentioned by GuideStar, the gold seal level demonstrates Give To Colombia’s deep commitment to nonprofit transparency and accountability. Less than five percent of nonprofits registered with GuideStar have been recognized with a Gold Seal.
“We are honored to obtain the 2022 Gold Transparency Seal as we continue to strive to work hard in the pillars of Education, Health, Economic Development, Environment, Water & Sanitation, and Humanitarian Aid to support the most vulnerable populations of Colombia,” said President and Co-Founder Angela Maria Tafur. “As a Candid Exchange participant, we will continue to use their platform to share a wealth of up-to-date information about our work to our supporters and Candid’s immense online audience of nonprofits, grant makers, individual donors, and the media.”
“I encourage you to check out our G2C profile on GuideStar to see what we’re all about,” added Tafur. “We are engaged in exciting initiatives, and we are thrilled to have another platform for communicating our advancement and progress.”
