Give To Colombia, 10/4/2012
On October 4, Angela Maria Tafur, CEO and Co-Founder of Give To Colombia, was honored in Miami as one of the most influential Latinos/Hispanics of Miami. Organized by Asociación Fusionarte, the Pan American Foundation and Televisa Publishing, 100 Latinos/Hispanos Miami is a project that identifies and recognizes a group of individuals from a variety of professional backgrounds and age groups in the South Florida area, and who by virtue of their talent and success contribute to the economic, social and cultural development of the region. Through example, these individuals bring awareness to the positive aspects of their culture. 100 Latinos/Hispanos is an homage to all those who strive to make their dreams come true. Their stories will be celebrated in a book and shown to the public in an exhibition starting Monday, February 25, 2013 at the Miami International Airport, “100 Latinos Miami: A Journey of Success”.
