The Panamerican Benefit Gala featuring América Viva! was a unique event hosting 600 attendees at the New World Center in Miami Beach that joined the humanitarian effort with an unforgettable artistic experience in benefit of one goal: Feed the Children of America.
The show was produced by América Viva Alliance (AVA), a partnership born in 2019 as a long-term coordinated effort of committed non-profit organizations (Friends of the Children of Venezuela, Give to Colombia , I Love Venezuela, Digisalud , The Nobis Foundation , New Land Theatricals , Healthy Bella’s , Carmela’s Heart , Show Me Your World , For A Brighter Venezuela, Fundanica , America Developing Smile).
At 6:30 p.m. the doors opened to an amazing night of luxury catering and impecable production sponsored by Agencia Mar. The evening’s Master of Ceremony was Univisión’s own Alberto Sardinas. Diageo was the liquor sponsor for the night along with Bodegas Otazu who sponsored the wine and Foss Marai who brought the bubbles to the event.
It was a night full of talent that began with the opening song, the single, Tierra Mestiza played by a Pan-American dream team, followed by DJ Claudio from Casa Tua. The main show included special guest 14-time Grammy winner Paquito D’Rivera and 25 dancers, singers, and musicians on stage who hit Miami with a new version of the show AMÉRICA VIVA! One of the Top Ten best-selling shows in the largest arts festival in the world (the Edinburgh Fringe) and having delighted audiences in more than 10 countries.
To top it off, 100% of $375,000 raised proceeds were directed to the organizations and benefited 30,000 children. This event demonstrated how unity toward common goals and the willingness to help those in need, can truly make an impact.
